The Certificates and Permissions Module (Moduł Certyfikatów i Uprawnień) allows you to manage access rights within the KSeF system. Once the Tax Office (Urząd Skarbowy) has processed the submitted ZAW-FA notification, the authorized board member (who was specified in the ZAW-FA filing) must log in to the system and assign the appropriate permissions to themselves.

Managing KSeF Permissions

Log in to the KSeF system using this link with your Profil Zaufany and your company's NIP, as shown in the screenshots below.

This is only possible if you have already submitted the ZAW-FA Notification and received confirmation via email. If the notification has not been submitted yet, logging into KSeF will not be possible. You can find instructions on how to submit the ZAW-FA here.

After logging in, select UprawnieniaNadaj uprawnienie from the left side menu. Enter the identification details of the authorized board member to use KSeF (the individual for whom the ZAW-FA notification was previously submitted) and select the list of permissions as shown in the screenshot below.

After assigning the necessary rights to the authorized person, the new permissions will appear in the list as shown in the screenshot below.
