e-Doręczenia is the electronic equivalent of a registered letter. Thanks to this service, public authorities, citizens, and companies can benefit from convenient and secure electronic delivery. In legal terms, they are equivalent to a traditional registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

Creating an e-Doręczenia mailbox for natural persons

Follow the link to register in the e-Doręczenia system and select the required options step-by-step, referring to the screenshots provided below.

After completing these steps, the system will prompt you to log in to submit your application. Select the login method in the relevant section. In our example, this is Profil zaufany.

Next, proceed with the authorization by confirming the login at the appropriate stages using an SMS code or confirmation via your banking application.

After logging into the system, select the required options by following the screenshot provided below.

Provide the email address where you would like to receive notifications about new messages arriving in your e-Doręczeń mailbox, as well as your residential address.

Since e-Doręczenia is the electronic equivalent of a registered letter, the address must correspond to your actual place of residence—just as a home address is provided when sending traditional correspondence. The address of a spółki cannot be used in this case, as it does not pertain to a natural person.

At the next stage, the system will suggest adding an administrator—a person who, like you, will have access to your e-Doręczeń mailbox.

This step is optional, so you may skip it if there is no need to grant access to your personal individual mailbox to other parties.

Please confirm and sign the generated document for the registration of your e-Doręczenia electronic mailbox at the appropriate stages using an SMS code or through your banking application.
After signing, the application will be submitted, and all that remains is to activate the mailbox by selecting the appropriate Aktywuj skrzynkę button.

If a window with the signed file and a prompt to send appears after signing, select Wyślij.

Congratulations, all necessary actions have been completed!


You can check if your mailbox has been created on the main page. The mailbox card will display the e-Doręczenia mark.
